Our Singers Academy is designed for new and growing artistes. It’s an affordable, easy to use service containing the tools you need to develop your voice and run your art business.
The Voice
Voice concerns the correct production, focus and the freeing of the natural sound , as well as breathing, resonance and flexibility.
What Singers Academy gives you:
- Vocal Diagnostic Analysis - defining strength, weakness & quality of voice
- Discover things about your voice, that you have either been afraid to hear or never heard before.
- Foundation – I can Sing – to support you to develop your singing voice
- Objectives:
- To measure your progression through self-assessment and tutor assessment at beginning and end of course
- To prepare effectively for a performance
- To perform 1 piece fully to peer
3. Intermediate – I am a Singer – To enhance your ability to perform and sing
- Objectives:
- To prepare a song for work in a studio
- To work professionally with a studio engineer
- To use performance skills which enhance solo and group pieces
- To perform for up to six (6) minute s
4. Advance – I want to produce more from my singing voice
- Objectives:
- To develop and enhance your own materia
- using the medium of the Master classes
- To learn how to use backing singers.
- To learn how to build your audiences
- To access work opportunities from Black Women in the Arts
- To gain a certificate of attendance
